Andrew Colsky
Andrew is a champion of the overlooked expert. He helps professionals build the credibility and authority they need to compete in the age of AI search.
He shows professionals how clients and AI decide who to trust, and how to become the one they pick. That work is the heart of Be-Picked, the company he founded, and of the AIthority Bootcamp, a 90-day program that teaches professionals to get recommended by AI search.
Andrew is the author of Left of Trust: Get Chosen Before the First Conversation and The AIthority Quotient. He hosts the Be-Picked Podcast, where he interviews experts about credibility, marketing, business growth and the changing ways clients find and choose professionals. He also hosts Sleep Science Today on UK Health Radio.
His perspective comes from working inside both law and counseling. Andrew is an attorney admitted in Florida, Georgia and the District of Columbia, with a J.D. from the University of Florida and an LL.M. from Emory. He is a licensed professional counselor in Virginia and a licensed mental health counselor in Florida.
A certified mediator, he has served as an ADA contract mediator for the U.S. Department of Justice since 1999. As a senior executive at the Department of Homeland Security and TSA, he designed a national conflict management program for 65,000 employees. He is an executive coach with the Federal Coaching Program and a former instructor for Fairfax County Adult Education. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Darden School of Business.
